About

My work extends across education, psychology, entrepreneurship, writing, and sport.

I have founded and developed institutions intended to widen access to quality education, create meaningful sporting opportunities, and support the development of young people. Much of this work has centered on building environments in which potential is recognized, opportunity is made more accessible, and individuals are given the structure and support needed to progress.

This journey has also required me to rebuild organizations, strengthen their systems, and guide them through periods of change. These experiences have taught me that meaningful development seldom comes from a single idea. It requires patience, sound structures, responsible leadership, and a willingness to continue learning.

My background in psychology continues to influence how I understand leadership, organizational culture, and human development. My work as an author, researcher, lecturer, and wellness counselor allows me to consider these experiences from different perspectives and to reflect more carefully on the relationship between people, institutions, and the communities they serve.

I do not regard these ventures as separate identities. They describe different aspects of the same work: learning, building, strengthening, and contributing where I believe something worthwhile can be created.
